Present Study: PhD candidate of Food Science, School of Food and Biological                           Engineering, Jiangsu, University.
Objective as Food Technologist: To contribute as a Food Technologist & conduct research for new food products with main focus on introducing new ways of production and quality improvement. The development is mainly centered on improving the processing, packaging, storage, and safety of food in accordance with government and industry standards.

1 Research paper on ¡° refrigerated storage studies on mango seabucthorn blended pulp with selected preservatives and ginger extract¡± has been published in Intercontinental Journal of Food and Nutrition Science Vol. 1(1), pp. 01-07  
2 Research paper entitled with ¡°Extends the shelf life of minimally processed apple with edible coatings¡± has been published in scientific journals (Chemistry Journal), (2013), vol,03, issue 01, pp. 20-22.
Research paper entitled with ¡°Effect of calcium chloride on post-harvest shelf life of persimmon¡± has been published in  Global Advanced Research Journal of Agricultural Science (GARJAS) ISSN: 2315-5094  2013 2(10): 263-269
3 Research paper entitled with ¡°Microbial Examination Of Refrigerated   Stored Mango Seabucthorn Blended Pulp With Selected Preservatives   And Ginger Extract¡±  has been published in World Journal of    Pharmaceutical Research( Impact factor 0.652) vol 2, issue 6, pp.     3393-     3399.
